Editorial policy

How Realm First! verifies signals, labels uncertainty, uses automation and handles corrections.

Our claim labels

Confirmed means a primary source or official announcement supports the claim. Observedmeans a traceable technical or public change exists, but its meaning is not confirmed. Interpretationmarks our reasoning. Unconfirmed keeps a lead visible only when the uncertainty is useful to readers.Debunked records a claim that the evidence no longer supports.

Source hierarchy

  1. Primary official material, authenticated developer or service evidence.
  2. Named specialist reporting with a reproducible source trail.
  3. Community observations used as leads, never silently upgraded to facts.

A link is not automatically permission to republish. We do not copy full articles, images or protected feed content. References to third-party reporting are links plus original Realm First! analysis, subject to the source's terms.

Review and automation

Every publishable article has a named author, an asset-rights record, a source ledger and a verification timestamp. Manual review modes remain available: the record identifies the responsible reviewer for peer, second-reviewer and legal checks. High-risk leak, live-event, rights and high-reach stories cannot use automated review; they require an independent human review or remain unpublished.

Low- and medium-risk website articles may be written by AI and published automatically under the Realm First! news-desk byline. A separate automated reviewer checks factual support, originality, topic overlap, usefulness and source rights. Each article discloses this process and the date of its automated review. It has no claimed human reviewer.

The publisher accepts only the exact article that passed review and checks the website build before publication. Changes to the article require another review. Automated checks can miss errors; the source links and uncertainty labels remain available for readers to examine, and the desk handles reported corrections.

Updates and corrections

Material factual changes receive a visible note and timestamp. We preserve the original meaning in the correction log, link the relevant source and explain what changed. Contact the desk if a published claim needs review.
